Seder Meal Guide Book
Challenge:
After years of hosting events using self-collected materials, the client required a cohesive, professionally sequenced guide. The primary goal was to transform a complex traditional meal into a simple, user-friendly walkthrough accessible to diverse audiences who may have never interacted with this tradition before.
Solution:
To bridge the gap between tradition and usability, I designed a book focused on clarity and a simple visual flow. I collaborated closely with a contributing writer/editor to refine the client’s text for simplicity, and directed a custom photoshoot to ensure each step of the meal was represented by high-quality, enticing imagery. This simple layout was also supported by a color palette complementary to the photographic content. I developed a high-impact cover that immediately communicates the book’s purpose, and released the guide in three accessible formats: a professional print edition, a digital PDF, and a resource-effective black-and-white version for home printing.
